New Support Portal

As part of the exciting transition to CyberSentriq — the new unified brand from Redstor and TitanHQ — we’ve upgraded our support experience.

When you create a new support ticket, you’ll now be redirected to our new support portal at helpdesk.redstor.com.

To get started, you’ll need to register on the portal the first time you use it. After that, you can log in and submit tickets as usual.

This change allows us to provide faster, more streamlined support while we continue to grow together as CyberSentriq.
